Your outing and your car
Fleming Community Center and Park is a public Dundalk destination. It can help explain where you have been, but the car may be parked somewhere else. For a vehicle lockout request, describe the actual lot or street, the car's make and color, and whether you can see the keys inside. Add the model and year when you call.
Getting through the home door
Say whether you have no key, a key that will not turn, or a key that turns without opening the door. Mention another entrance you can use with permission. A home lock request is easier to understand when the immediate access problem is separate from what you want changed afterward.
For a rental, identify who can approve work on the affected lock. A private dwelling door and a shared entrance can have different decision makers.
When one key goes missing
Think about every door the missing key opens. If the locks otherwise work normally, ask about rekeying compatible hardware. If a lock already catches or feels loose, include that problem too. A different key arrangement does not by itself correct a latch that misses the opening in the frame.
Describe the whole job
An opening, a lost car key and a home key change are different requests. Tell us which outcome you need, whether a working key remains, and who will meet at the property or vehicle. Call 410-650-0110 to check availability for the actual Dundalk location and discuss the scope before making arrangements.
